Maintenance Administrator

Adecco is thrilled to partner exclusively with a forward-thinking, rapidly growing employer renowned for its exceptional workplace culture and environment. Due to their continued expansion, our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator.

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and can methodically work through our plant maintenance program across multiple sites and effectively schedule work for engineers within the operations department.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The role will initially be office based but then will go to hybrid.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and positive in their outlook.
  • The candidate will need to be a self-starting personality someone who takes pride in their work and is comfortable communicating with team members and all teams across the business, working closely with our Field Service engineers and both Operations and Contract Management teams
  • They will be personable and a good communicator. A diligent and empathetic personality is needed to be able to explain and present information appropriately, within the business and to external clients and customers also.
  • Responsible for efficient and effective scheduling of the Field Service teams and specialist service delivery partners involving:
  • Booking and coordinating engineer visits using our computerised maintenance management system
  • Liaising with the Operations department, both office-based staff and service engineers to ensure works are being delivered effectively.
  • Liaising with the Customer service team and O&M Site Managers to schedule in planned, corrective and reactive works, as well as follow-up visits.

Desirable Experience

  • IT literate
  • A strong desire to provide excellent service on each interaction both internally and externally.
  • Ability to learn and work in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Possess integrity and trustworthiness towards the company.
  • Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in English are essential.
