Job title: Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Salary: OTE up to c£26k
Location: Various locations across Essex - Colchester/ Upminster/ Witham/ Maldon.
My client is looking for a number of Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their team, they are a lovely team and looking for someone who want to join that. Ideal candidate will have some business/ office experience but keen to build a career within Estate agency.
Duties:
- Liaising with potential new tenants
- Understand individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations of suitable properties to rent
- Good understanding of the property portfolio
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating terms between the landlord and tenants.
