Experience needed:
- Experience as a Business Analyst/Customer Journey Manager within Investments clients or programmes
- Customer Journey knowledge and experience
- Target Operating Model experience
- Good knowledge and experience within Regulatory and finance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
