Digital Marketing Assistant

Our client are a high profile luxury brand based in Central London and this role will be to support the Digital Marketing activities of their network of retailers

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager , this role is responsible for helping to improve brand visibility and drive traffic to owned and retailer digital channels. The focus of the role is to monitor, execute and optimise the digital retailer programmes. The individual will be responsible for supporting the retailer network with their Head Office presence on retailer websites, social media channels, SEM campaigns, SEO, Google Business Profiles, blogs and e-newsletters to ensure they meet brand guidelines, improve Official Retailer visibility and provide the best online client experience.

The role also includes some assistance with the planning and implementation of corporate digital advertising campaigns and shared responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the staff intranet.

This position will require an individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage their own time efficiently and to be highly organised. This person will work in a highly collaborative environment where it will be essential to form good working relationships with retailers and agencies, with strong input from the Worldwide HQ

i Tasks and Responsibilities

Digital Retailer Programme • Monitor retailer websites including their homepages, generic sections and Rolex sections to ensure the correct and consistent presentation of the brand . • Undertake regular audits and reporting to support monthly digital and social reports. • Use internal project management platforms Confluence, Sprinklr, Tableau and Monday to produce monthly management report. • Analyse the impact of our digital marketing activities across our retail network in order to make recommendations. • Communicate retailer guidelines and ensure updates are implemented. • Support retailers with their social media content and ensure monthly frequency and guidelines are adhered to. • Circulate, review and approve monthly retailer branded newsletter and blog content. • Review and make suggestions for bespoke copy as required. • Provide retailer day-to-day support for brand portal accesses and queries. • Support retailer network with their presence on shopping centre websites. • Maintain the external digital marketing contact databases. • Support the retailer network to develop strong Google profiles via YEXT. • Provide support to the retailer network to ensure website tracking codes are correctly firing and Cookie Policies are compliant. • Assist the retailers with their SEO strategies using the brand guidelines and agency support. Updated 140824 • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the annual retailer co-op SEM campaigns, creating media plans and liaising with SEM agency when required. • Support retailers to increase their After-Sales service volumes through their own personalised imagery. • Ensure the project management dashboards Monday and Confluence are kept up-to-date with retailer performance statuses. • Assist with the roll-out of the Brand Certified Pre-Owned Programme and monitor the usage of newsletters, blogs and social media posts to support the Programme. • Support the Digital Marketing Manager to review, approve and amend retailer content proposals throughout the year.

Paid Digital Advertising and Partnerships • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to help plan, execute and optimise digital, AVOD, audio and visual corporate advertising campaigns. • Support the Digital Marketing Manager to test and provide feedback on creative staging links, ensuring brand guidelines and publisher specs are adhered to. • Liaise with agencies on campaign launches and go-live reports. • Ensure the internal media calendar is kept up-to-date with launches. • Monitor and evaluate the digital, audio, visual and e-commerce landscape to ensure we remain up-to[1]date on relevant digital developments. • Share important industry articles and updates with communications team. • Process, verify, and reconcile invoices.

Other • Support the Digital Marketing Manager with the day-to-day operation of the staff Intranet. • Ensure the weekly intranet calendar is up-to-date, alert Digital Marketing Manager if more content is required and circulate with relevant team members. • Work with wider team to generate ideas for the intranet and arrange timely upload of content. • Provides general support as needed to the Digital Marketing Manager and other projects on an ad hoc basis. • Provides general marketing support as needed to the Marketing & Communications team.

Essential • Educated to a minimum degree level 2:1. (Or equivalent) • Minimum 1 year of professional experience. • Some experience in assisting the planning, execution and optimisation of web and social media content. • Some experience of monitoring and measuring digital campaigns. • Proven ability as a good communicator (verbal and written). • Professionally presented with excellent oral and written English. • Strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
