We are recruiting for Warehouse/Distribution Assistants to work for our client in Kendal up until Sunday 21st July on a Temporary basis. There is a possibility of this end date being extended.
Rate: £11.65 per hour (overtime rate of £17.48/hour after 37 hours in the week.
This is a great opportunity to experience working in all areas of a busy warehouse where you will undertake the following tasks;
Job roles in Home Shopping:
- Picking
- Packing
- Shelf Filling
- House keeping
Job roles in Distribution:
- Unloading containers
- Store picking
- Store shipping
- House Keeping
We ideally want candidates who can handle a physically demanding job (although there are light tasks too), can understand basic English and follow instructions, positive attitude and are a team player. You will also enjoying walking too as you will be on your feet a lot collecting orders.
Shifts: 9-5 Monday to Friday, with option of working Saturday 12:45 - 21:00 and Sunday 8:15 - 16:30 each week in line with our standard weekend shifts.
