Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in acute inpatient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with current HCPC registration.
- Previous acute inpatient experience is essential.
