Cosmetics Account Executive - Loughborough - £27k - £30k per annum + company benefits
Our is a well-established organisation based in Loughborough, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Cosmetics Account Executive.
As an Account Executive, your role will be to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and to ensure that projects are executed to the required standard
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside AM's and KAM's, supporting and managing day to day communication for projects
- Manage the project through to completion
- Attending face to face meetings, including potential travel, and virtual meetings with clients where required.
- Develop good relations with clients at all levels and provide first class customer service.
- To create contact reports and quotations, ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.
- Ensuring projects are invoiced upon completion.
- Chasing client contacts for payment of overdue invoices.
- Maintaining internal documentation, reports and product catalogues. .
Essential Skills
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Knowledge / experience of the cosmetics industry
- Excellent organisation & communication skills
- Ability to work with teams across the business to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief
- Attention to detail
- Software Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
