Multi-Skilled Painter and Decorators

We are currently seeking 2 experienced and professional Multi-Skilled Painters and Decorators for an immediate start to work on a residential property in Coventry. The role involves both interior and exterior work, requiring a keen eye for detail and a professional finish to industry standard.
Day to Day of the role:
- Painting interior walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth, neat and even application.
- Filling in cracks and preparing surfaces to a high standard before painting.
- Conducting exterior painting, including the garage, back and front of the house.
- Rendering cracks and making good any defects on external surfaces.
- Painting the front door in a specified red colour.
- Safely taking down a small conservatory ceiling, cleaning it thoroughly, and reinstalling it to a high standard.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter and decorator, with the ability to handle both interior and exterior work.
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and products.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
- Good practical skills to perform repairs and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving a high-quality finish.
- Must have own tools and transport (parking is available at the property)
- Proven to be reliable and able to work alone.
