Overview

An exciting opportunity for an agency negotiator to join our clients established Commercial team.

Location

The role will cover West Midlands, Warwickshire & Leicestershire but is based in the central Coventry commercial hub.

The Company

Our client is a multi-disciplinary firm of Land and Property Professionals with its Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Over the last five years, the business has grown and developed to nearly 150 staff and consultants based in 16 offices from Nuneaton in Warwickshire and Pershore in South Worcestershire to Oadby in Leicestershire.

With roots dating back more than 180 years, the business has extensive local knowledge, and the company has strong relationships with many local professional advisors and plays a pivotal role in the communities that it serves.

Key responsibilities

  • Dealing with agency enquires from applicants and clients
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating lettings and sales
  • Conduct market appraisals and win new business
  • Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering credit checks for clients and applicants
  • Preparing particulars and floor plans
  • Listing properties - organising advertising, erection of agency board liaising with other property professionals and portals
  • Negotiating deals - Client/applicant liaison, preparation Heads of Terms/Memo of Sale
  • Organise and carry out viewings
  • Supporting commercial agency across all branches
  • Manage transactions to legal completion
  • Prepare pipeline figures

Knowledge/experience

  • Previous lettings and/or sales experience
  • Commercial property experience preferred
  • The company are happy to assist in the training and developing of the individual in order to help them to obtain a professional qualification e.g., Assoc RICS/MRICS
