Working Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
Salary Range: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum
About Us:
Join our team who are a leading provider in facilities management and engineering, dedicated to delivering top-notch electrical services. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Sidcup, Kent, working alongside the site Lead T&I Electrician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead T&I Electrician to conduct scheduled Electrical testing and Inspection maintenance tasks.
- Perform various tests, including Emergency Lighting, ECIR, Illumination Levels, Infra-Red, Motors, PAT, Static Discharge, and Lightening Protection.
- Execute repairs and operations of equipment and services in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on completed tasks and identified issues.
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or Apprentice Trained in Electrical work.
- 18th Edition qualification.
- City & Guilds 2391 qualification.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in carrying out Electrical testing and Inspection maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of Emergency Lighting, ECIR, Illumination Levels, Infra-Red, Motors, PAT, Static Discharge, Lightening Protection.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
