Calling all Practice development, Practice improvement and Training Leads with knowledge of Children's services!
Our Children's services here at PCC are looking for a new Practice Development Lead to drive forward practice improvements.

What will you be doing?
- Designing, coordinating and delivering training.
- Creating supporting information documents including leaflets and presentations.
- Managing and monitoring new project and programmes.
- Developing a good 'practice' resource bank for practitioners and managers.
- Working with our Head of Inspection, Improvement and Innovation and Service Director in the delivery of improvement and transformation priorities across Children and Young People's Services
