Salary - £27 - £30k per annum
Office / Hybrid - Monday to Thursday office based, Fridays Work From Home

As a Construction Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial support team, supporting the smooth running of our projects.
Your role will include:
- Assisting with contract administration and project documentation
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Keeping project records up to date and ensuring compliance
- Supporting the commercial team with reports and data analysis
- Supporting with the administration of bids and tenders
- Assist the consultants and project managers with key dates and schedules
- Provide strong diary management including preparation for meetings What We're Looking For in a Construction Administrator - Previous experience in construction/commercial/related administration- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
