Procurement Specialist | Hybrid | £30,000 - £40,000 | Fully Remote | Permanent
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a prominent public sector organisation with a national presence, to recruit a Procurement Specialist to join on a permanent basis.
This organisation operates a flexible working policy, with the ability to work fully remote, with additional flexible working benefits.
A strong background in public sector procurement, with an ability to run end to end tenders is required.
Role:
- Oversee and lead procurement processes from start-to-finish.
- Manage own project pipeline of key projects, e.g. office supplies, waste management, banking and audits
- Provide expert guidance on procurement processes and best practices to stakeholders
- Strengthen and enhance the reputation of the Procurement function
Individual:
- Public sector procurement experience is essential
- Proven experience running end to end tender processes – above and below threshold
- Proactive individual, with the ability to come in and hit the ground running
