Planning Solicitor – 3 Month Contract – Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Venn Group's specialist legal team are currently working with a highly reputable Local Authority in the Midlands, seeking an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their team for a 3-month contract.
This role offers a flexible working arrangement with the opportunity to work hybrid, and we are open to both full-time and part-time applications.
Role Overview
As a Planning Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied planning caseload
- Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements
- Providing expert planning advice
- Attending planning committees once a month (although can be flexible on this)
Key Information
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Rate: Up to £60 per hour (via an Umbrella company)
