About the Role:

  • Design, Develop, and Deliver an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with a specific focus on driving the objectives of the Marketing Manager role.
  • Work closely with external marketing agencies to develop and produce engaging content for platforms like websites, social media, email campaigns, and brochures.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and social media management, to ensure high performance and consistent delivery as part of the Marketing Manager's responsibilities.
  • Design and implement lead generation strategies that support the sales team and enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure consistent design and communication of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Organize and manage company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, ensuring a professional and effective delivery.
  • Work with the sales team to align marketing activities with business development goals, supporting delivery of successful lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and other third- party providers to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations to continually improve performance.

About the Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
  • Strong communication skills?both written and verbal.
  • Data-driven decision-making with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in software such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to develop creative, impactful campaigns.
