Overview

We are currently seeking a Service and Install Engineer to join our team in Coventry and Nottingham. Responsibilities
- Install and service intruder alarms for residential and commercial properties
- Work on commissioning and maintaining security systems such as Notifier, Kentec, Morley, Hikvision, Dahua, Galaxy, Pyronix, and Paxton
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and according to company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up to date with industry advancements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the installation and servicing of security systems
- Knowledge of Notifier, Kentec, Morley, Hikvision, Dahua, Galaxy, Pyronix, and Paxton systems
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Day-to-Day
- Travel to client locations in Coventry and Nottingham to install and service security systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
- Communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
- Participate in ongoing product and technical training to enhance skills and knowledge
