Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage cash flow and prepare financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to help them plan and manage their budgets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a senior financial management role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing finance teams.
- Excellent understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and finance software.
