HR Advisor

Change Recruitment are happy to be working with a progressive and growing multinational organisation with a business in Taunton. At this time we are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent full time basis. Working directly with the onsite HRBP you will be responsible for the employee lifecycle and ensuring adherence to HR policies and regulations.

Duties include:

  • Employee life cycle: performance management, employee relations and people management/development.
  • Full recruitment management for the site (coordinating interviews, contracts of employment, and onboarding procedures)
  • Coordinate and deliver learning and training programs for employees.
  • Sickness and absence management.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses upon request.
  • Offer advice and assistance to line managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Sitting in on various employee meetings such as appraisals and disciplinary meetings to provide advice and support to line managers.
  • Organise and execute social events and activities.
  • Responsible for various onsite HR administrative duties.
  • Ensure HR matters are handled compliantly, fairly, and consistently.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

The ideal candidate will be experienced working within a similar role ideally within manufacturing and will have a minimum of CIPD level 3.
