Commercial Sales Manager

Location: North of England

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturer based in The North of England, specialising in windows, doors and conservatories they are a rapidly expanding business. They are on the hunt for a driven, experienced commercial sales manager to join their team and push new business opportunities through architects and specifications.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to meet company objectives
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, builders, and key industry stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector
  • Engage with both a domestic and commercial customer base
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive
  • Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • This role has the option of being based in Wakefield, York, Nottingham, Leyland, Warrington or Cheshire

Skills and Requirements

  • An ambitious, driven individual experienced in dealing with architects and builders within the construction/building product space
  • A self-motivated salesperson who thrives on growing and building key partnerships
  • Experienced within the construction industry is preferrable
  • A full UK Driving License
