The company:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Part Time office administrator on a temporary ongoing basis, on behalf of a chemical engineering company, in the Dudley area.
The role:
To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the administration office.
Main Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties—photocopying, filing, scanning.
- Processing, filing, and
- Liaising with other employees and departments in the company.
- Providing support to other departments when required (sickness/holiday).
- Answering customer queries via phone calls and emails.
- Creating, processing, and following up on Invoices.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal & written.
- Highly organised, enthusiastic, team player
- Ability to prioritise workloads, to ensure all work in completed within agreed timeframe.
- Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated and able to work independently or alongside a team.
- Confident use of Microsoft Packages—Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday- 12pm to 4.30pm
Friday- 8am to 2pm
Hourly pay:
£11.44ph
