Recruitment Administrator

Our wonderful client based in Weybridge are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. This role involves being responsible for overseeing the delivery of the internal recruitment process, ensuring all recruitment checks are carried out effectively and maintaining the internal HR system.

If you have experience in HR, recruiting new starters, excellent communication and IT skills then we would like to hear from you.

The role of Recruitment Administrator involves:

Overseeing the delivery of recruitment process

Line management of the HR Assistant

Authorising recruitment advertising

Checking candidate information packs

Ensure all recruitment checks are carried out

Issuing and checking employment contracts

Supporting with onboarding process

Maintaining the HR system

Dealing with employee queries

Providing support on HR matters

Ensuring compliance with current regulations

The ideal Recruitment Administrator will have:

Experience in Recruitment or HR

Experience in recruitment and onboarding new starters

Strong administration skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent IT skills

Work well individually and in a team environment

Great attention to detail
