As the company continues to grow from strength to strength, we are looking to recruit an experienced Skills Coach or Tutor in Business Administration and Property Management.

Key Responsibilities- Apprenticeship Skills Coach in Business Administration and Property Management

  • Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to apprentices, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in Business Administration and Property Management.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training programmes that align with industry standards and meet the individual needs of learners.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor apprentices' progress through observation, evaluations, and feedback, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
  • Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive and timely feedback to apprentices on their performance, helping them to identify areas for improvement and setting clear goals for their development.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress, assessments, and achievements, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with employers to understand their needs and ensure the training delivered is relevant and beneficial for the apprentices' roles.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes, including observations of training sessions and providing input for continuous improvement of training delivery.
  • Resource Development: Create and curate training materials and resources that facilitate effective learning and engagement for apprentices.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Business Administration and Property Management, incorporating new knowledge and skills into training programmes.

What We're Looking For- Apprenticeship Skills Coach in Business Administration and Property Management

Fully Remote

  • Experience as a Skills Trainer or Tutor, ideally in Business Administration or Property Management.
  • A recognised Assessor's Award such as TAQA or CAVA.
  • Demonstrable vocational competence with a recent supportive work summary in Business Administration and Property Management.
  • Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Property Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Relevant qualifications in the field.
