A leading independent accountancy practice has a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Manager to join their growing office in Manchester.
The practice are looking to recruit an experienced candidate to support the Audit Partners in delivering high quality, client focused and efficient audit and assurance services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients, from undertaking planning, to reviewing and approving work and attending Audit Committee meetings
- Managing a team of trainees and experienced and qualified auditors
- Preparing and presenting tender documentation for potential new work
The successful candidate will have experience as an Assistant Manager of Audit & Assurance services. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and they should be confident at communicating with client staff at all levels.
The candidate will be committed to enhancing and building their skills and experience, as well as to developing more junior staff.
