We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic trainee to join a friendly finance team based in Whiteley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a school leaver or someone with 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable to gain a comprehensive introduction to Management Accounting within the construction industry.
What you'll be doing:
- Process invoices and review invoices on hold
- Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries
- Processing and checking sub-contractor payments
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc duties, and pick up skills such as Management Accounts, Balance Sheet reconciliation and Cash Flow Forecasting

The ideal candidate will:
- Be a school leaver with a strong academic background or have 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be eager to learn, develop, and progress within a growing company.
