Our client is a leader in Printing, Marketing & Communications

, and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting and looking for a

Bid Manager, a work from home role with some visits to the office

The role of the

Bid Manager

will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end bid process for a range of tender opportunities across organisations and sectors (

with a bias

towards creative and private sector clients

), working with sales to successfully deliver market leading bids through to successful conclusion.

Key responsibilities for the

Bid Manager

will include:

  • Manage the full end to end bid process, to ensure submitting high-quality, innovative, winning bids
  • Ensure all stages of the bid process are followed and reported on (from qualification to post-bid review)
  • Working with the Bid Team to oversee the administration and operational functions of the entire bid process
  • Identify and manage resources from other departments required to work on live tenders including the Sales Team support provided
  • Look for improvements in process, technology or people requirements to support the continued development of a market leading Bid Team
  • Understand the full propositions and able to articulate this effectively in all bid responses

What we are looking for in the

Bid Manager

:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally
  • Keep up to date with industry/competitor/client news and giving added value to bids and tenders
  • Ensure there is a high standard of creativity across all bids, conforming to brand guidelines
  • Strong grasp of PowerPoint design and ideally Adobe InDesign
