Based in Surrey, this huge Insurance intermediary has a flexible/hybrid working policy, and loads more benefits including discounts on technology & electronics, cinemas, restaurants, days out, mortgage advice, and more. Due to growth, the New Business team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivational underwriter someone to jump on board.
Now for the role itself........
You will prepare and deliver New Business, Renewal & MTA quotations to Broker Partners, and actively engage with them to secure instructions and help the team achieve individual and collective targets. Collaboration with Business Development will be key, as you support business growth while ensuring underwriting aligns with agreed loss ratios. Your communication and negotiation skills will be essential in clearly explaining the benefits of our products, allowing you to maximize sales opportunities and deliver outstanding service!
Important Stuff
Salary: up to £31.5k
Location: Leatherhead

To Apply?
- Prior experience as an underwriter in an FCA Regulated environment
- Solid understanding of the Broker market.
- Experience in Liability, Motor, Professional Risks, or Property underwriting, that's a plus!
