Role Overview:
As a Wills and Probate Legal Executive / Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, providing expert advice, and delivering high-quality service to clients. Your duties will include drafting wills, managing probate cases, advising on estate planning, and dealing with lasting powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of wills and probate matters.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on estate planning and administration.
- Draft and review wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
- Assist clients with the probate process and administration of estates.
- Advise on tax implications and asset distribution.
- Handle lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
Requirements:
- Qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor with experience in wills and probate.
- Strong knowledge of inheritance tax, estate planning, and administration.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
