I am currently recruiting for an experienced sales advisor/sales administrator to join an electronics distributions company who are looking to expand their experienced sales team.
Key duties:
- Respond to customer sales enquiries via telephone, email, fax or quotation
- Investigate the internal stock control system in order to quote on price and advise delivery timescales for items held in the companies stockholding
- To take sales order from customers
- Provide accurate and up to date information to customers in relation to products and parts
- Liaise with internal departments
- Source appropriate price and delivery options from external suppliers/manufacturers
- Support the companies field based sales representatives
- Maximise sales on component accessories where possible
- Negotiate pricing terms
- Provide support with sales order processing
