Sales Office Administrator

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of our client. This is a superb opportunity to join a vibrant, expanding company in the role of Sales Office Administrator.

Location : Swindon

Hours of work: 40 Hours per week

Salary: £23795

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and customers' expectations are managed. You will report to the Sales Office Supervisor.

Duties will include:

  • Process sales orders accurately
  • Setting up new accounts
  • Maintain and improve where possible customer working relationships
  • Support the Sales and External Sales teams.
  • Ensure all enquires are handled effectively and through to resolution
  • Reconcile the sales order book
  • Raise credits as necessary
  • Ensure all customer orders, enquiries, complaints and requests are handled appropriately and customers' expectations are managed

Essential Skills:

  • Good Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to establish strong customer relationships over the phone
  • Understand and deliver excellent service at all times
  • Organised and focused under pressure
  • Self-motivated

Preferable Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Key Account Management is useful but not essential
  • Team player
