Reed Business Support in Cambridge are excited to be working with a growing innovative company based in Sawston who are seeking a Digital Research Administrator to join their dynamic Digital team. This role involves delivering the smooth execution of research projects, including scripting surveys, data processing and populating reports. The successful candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Script surveys and process data independently, including the use of Q software.
  • Handle the processing of all retail/continuous reports ready for completion by report writers.
  • Coordinate and prepare code frames, complete coding tasks and manage the outsourcing of coding as required.
  • Perform accurate data checking.
  • Support Research Executives with any project-related tasks as required by the business.
  • Assist the administration team with project work as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Confidence in making decisions independently where appropriate, while understanding when consultation is necessary.
  • Precision and a methodical approach to all tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Self-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to business needs and work autonomously.
  • Adaptability to cope with changing priorities and keeping stakeholders informed of potential issues.
  • Organisational skills to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously to a high standard.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally and concisely.
  • Ability to maintain open and honest relationships with colleagues, building trust and confidence.
  • Creative thinking and innovation in approaching tasks and improving processes.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to become proficient in specialist survey and data processing software (training provided).
  • A flexible, can-do attitude.
