Morson are delighted to be partnering with a large North West based international business who are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary between £60,000 - £85,000 DOE.
It is an exciting time for this organisation as they embark on a transformational journey and the Senior HR Business Partner will play a fundamental part in facilitating this across their critical business area.
The Role:
- Provide a proactive partner service to your key business area, ensuring that the People Strategy supports business objectives.
- Deliver strategic and value-adding support to the team in the development and delivery of the People Strategy.
- Ownership of all Organisational Design activity within your business area such as restructure, consultation processes and TUPE.
- Be a true Employee Relations expert with exceptional commercial acumen around mitigating risk regarding ER related complexities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders within the business area.
- Use key data metrics and people analytics to make informed decisions and suggest recommendations.
- Collaborate with the PLT to deliver HR programs and initiatives.
- Lead on identification, benchmarking and global alignment of new hires and headcount.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working as true HR Business Partner within a generalist capacity.
- Experience of working in an international organisation as a HR Business Partner.
- The ability to set and deliver on strategic objectives in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
- Degree in HR/CIPD equivalent.
