Lab Technician
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £33,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:15am - 3:45pm
Package: 25 days holiday - Standard pension - Progression.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lab Technician to join a renowned industrial recycling company based in the Gloucester area.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Process refinery and product quality.
- Scale up and implement optimized processes.
- Process development and improvements.
- Quality control protocols for incoming materials and finished products.
- Investigation and resolution of deviations from quality standards - implement correct actions.
- Innovative research projects for development.
- Training and mentoring of team members within the department ensuring high level of expertise.
- Record experiments, procedures and results.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar role conducting the above duties.
- Degree qualified in Chemistry.
- Experience with metallurgy and metal refinery.
