Our client, a global leader in aircraft systems, designs, tests, manufactures, and assembles systems for both Commercial and Military aircraft.
Role:
- Join the Test Services Team with your primary responsibility to implement and support electro-mechanical test systems.
- Reporting to a Test Engineering Group Leader.
- Demonstrate technical competence in electro-mechanical systems and data acquisition techniques.
- A willingness to expand your experience in qualification testing
- Develop electrical interface systems within the Test facility.
- Be the point of contact for electrical facility support.
- Opportunity for customer and supplier liaison and occasional foreign travel may be required.
Requirements:
- Time-served Apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or BEng degree with relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety.
- Proficiency in electrical circuit design and installation.
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming and motor control.
- Familiarity with hydraulic circuit functionality and servo hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of control systems, data acquisition, and instrumentation (advantageous).
- Task management skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
