The Recruitment Specialist will lead recruitment efforts for our clients group. The successful candidate will own recruitment for multiple roles across various departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and more. They will recruit top talent at both senior and junior levels, ensuring a deep understanding of candidates' backgrounds and motivations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments and levels
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conducting in-depth CV reviews and interviews to identify top talent and assess cultural fit
- Utilising psychological insights to build meaningful connections with candidates and evaluate their potential contributions
- Making strategic hiring decisions that align with the business objectives and prioritise quality over quantity
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and drive to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
You will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Ability to recruit for a variety of roles across different departments and levels
- Exceptional interviewing skills with a focus on identifying both technical competencies and cultural fit
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
