Operations Director - Construction - Highly competitive package - DOE
New role within the business due to ongoing growth, reporting directly into the MD, you will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations for a highly successful SME that work with an extensive range of blue-chip clients nationwide.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join the senior management team.
You will have full accountability for the daily running of Operations including HR, Contract and Contractor management, Service Quality and Delivery, Projects, Compliance and Financial.
You will determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects and drive a positive, forward thinking culture throughout the business.
- Highly competitive salary offering, ranging from £80,000 - £110,000 per annum DOE
