Administrator / Scheduler

Busy and friendly company based in Sutton servicing commercial clients is looking for an organised and efficient Adinistrator/Scheduler to organise works and ensure that clients receive a first-class service.

  • Based in Sutton
  • £26,000 (DOE)
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + 5 duvet days
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Job description:

  • Answer incoming calls (take messages / transfer / deal with as necessary).
  • Handling client complaints.
  • Schematics.
  • Liaising with Clients/Operatives.
  • Schedule work with clients and produce all necessary documentation for clients and operatives.
  • Post Clean Report / Certificate Processing.
  • Update invoicing spreadsheet upon completion of work.
  • General office administration.

Person specification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office essential.
  • Scheduling experience desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, driven by procedures.

  • Death in service 4x of salary
