We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our large global Christian organisation/ Charity. You will be supporting our Donor Ministries Department in growing our network of supporters and maximise income and prayer support into the ministry. You will be required to support fundraising activity, growth targets, secure and develop new supporters whilst growing our existing supporters and loyal donors in London and South. One office day will be required per week in our West Midlands office
Must have a driving license and vehicle
Responsibilities
- Manage fundraising and donations
- Engage and secure new networks of support
- Minister to donors and family
- Build a portfolio of key influencers
- Manage existing donors / relationship management
- Deliver messages (public speaking) to Churches, conferences, events etc
- Host meetings and presentations
- Reporting and updating CRM
- Planning and budgeting
- Travelling to meetings
Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience in a fundraising/ business development/relationship management role
- Networking experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship building skills and nurturing skills
- Time management skills
- Motivated
- Confident with public speaking
- Experience using CRM
- It literate
- Experience in prayer ministry
An existing network of church and Christian influencer contacts is highly desirable.
