We are looking for a treasury operations specialist to join our global energy company. You will have the chance to work on various aspects of a corporate treasury function, with a focus on trading different assets and managing bank relationships and accounts.
The salary range is 42-47K + excellent benefits
Your main duties will include:
- Managing the cash position and ensuring all payments are processed correctly
- Monitoring incoming funds from oil sales and communicating with operators and traders
- Preparing and issuing invoices and letters of credit
- Reporting the future cash position to the Treasury manager weekly
- Handling KYC and Compliance issues
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a treasury/finance department
- A background in banking, commodity or trade finance
- Accounting knowledge/qualifications
- Familiarity with Letters of Credit/Guarantees and Inventory
- Excellent communication skills
