About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the No7 Beauty Company finance team as Senior Finance Analyst, reporting into the Finance Manager - FP&A UK & ROI . As part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will provide support to the UK & ROI Commercial and Marketing Teams, and Senior Finance Team. You will be crucial for providing quality of forecasting and actionable insight to the leaders of our business.

You will develop a broad understanding of our business, giving an opportunity for career development within No7 Beauty Company.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Help prepare forecasts, budget and 3 year plan for the UK & ROI Profit and Loss account and hold the business to account for performance against these
  • Provide support and governance to the Sales & Operations Planning and Monthly Business Review processes
  • Manage commentary on monthly results
  • Understanding of SG&A drivers, maintaining accruals, posting journals for the month end accounts
  • Adhoc support to the Commercial and Marketing Team
  • Provide quality information to support decision-making

What you'll need to have

  • Have experience in finance and either be qualified or studying (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Be capable of communicating effectively with senior figures across the business and comfortable in challenging the status quo;
  • Be resilient and flexible, with the ability to cope in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be able to work well as part of a team and across the wider business
  • A drive for self-development and growth.
  • Be keen to drive process improvements and create efficiencies.
  • Strong excel skills.

It would be great if you also have

  • Previous use of Planning Analytics, TM1, SAP and S&OP processes
