Senior Finance Coordinator

Reed have partnered with an exciting Global business who are looking for a .highly motivated and agile Senior Finance Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for a curious and ambitious individual looking to develop technical skills, drive process improvement, and provide a quality customer experience.
Day to Day of the role:
- Carry out transactional accounting and financial reporting duties associated with the Franchisees'
- Responsible for customer billing, debtor receipts, and maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable ledger accounts.
- Provide customer support, including exception handling and resolving queries.
- Manage accounting accruals and relevant reporting and reconciliations.
- Build relationships with Franchisees, their Finance teams, Operations, Suppliers, and Office colleagues.
- Review business processes to recommend and develop improvements and efficiency savings while ensuring control compliance and data integrity.
- Utilise automation solutions, advanced Excel functionality, system tools, and macros to streamline processes.
- Create and develop technical solutions to improve GBS Finance procedures' efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document internal enhancements, update SOPs, prepare training materials, and detect anomalies in data to provide recommendations for exception resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and journal posting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
