This long term temporary Marketing Administrator role (either full time or part time) is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to support our dynamic Marketing team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The successful candidate will be based locally, demonstrating a strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Our client is a leading player in the FMCG industry with a large workforce of over 1000 employees. They pride themselves on their high-quality products and commitment to employee development. Based in Slough, they have a broad market reach with operations spanning across the globe.

Description

  • Support the UK brand team with all administrative tasks where needed.
  • Support brand managers with campaign asset briefing and approvals.
  • Create quarterly Brand Activation newsletter, and adhoc new launch / brand scrapbooks of activations.
  • Create documents for brand managers for online competitive analysis reviews.
  • Support with CRM local email briefing and approval.
  • Support the team with management of Invoicing and Purchase Order process through Oracle.
  • Lead the creation of product line lists twice a year, and updates throughout the year.
  • Support the team with reporting requests and ad hoc licensors requests.
  • Support team in ordering of samples for activations.
  • Provide miscellaneous administrative support such as coordinating sales previews, internal or external meetings, preparation of documents, preparation for consensus etc.

Profile

The successful candidate for this temporary Marketing Administrator role should have:

  • Admin experience in Marketing is desirable but not essential
  • Solid general Admin experience and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail
