What will you be doing:
- You will be dealing with customers who are looking to liaise with their insurance provider for a variety of reasons
- You will be offering a friendly, and professional service at all times
- Depending on which team you work in you will be assisting customers with claims, payments, policies and much more
Experience required:
- Be an excellent communicator both verbal and written.
- The ability to influence and persuade others to your way of thinking.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Experience delivering customer service
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change and teamwork.
- Minimum C Grade in Maths and English - or equivalent
