Senior Credit Control - Oldbury- Perm
Exciting opportunity for experienced Senior Credit Control/Team Leader for a successful business based in Oldbury on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic candidate who can take ownership of the Ledger and improve/increase collections.
You will have full responsibility for the credit function including:
- Strong Excel and analysis experience
- Deal with escalated queries for the team
- Excel cashflow reporting weekly and monthly
- Cash allocations
- Build relations with sales team, customer and stake holders
- Collate documents for bad debt write off
- Manage credit limits
- Raising Credit Note approvals
- Query resolution
- Taking ownership and responsibility for accounts
- Sales statements.
- Investigate and resolve queries in a timely manner
