Description
- Administer end-to-end payroll operations for all company employees.
- Ensure accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
- Maintain employee payroll records and handle payroll queries.
- Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
- Update payroll software with employee job changes, salary changes, and other relevant data.
- Contribute to payroll process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Operations Officer to support health and safety policies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards as part of a safe workplace.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices and related laws.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
