We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ER Advisor to join a dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the vital link between the People & Development team and the wider organisation.

In this role, you'll partner their senior partner in managing a high volume of employee relations (ER) cases with a focus on fairness, consistency, and compliance with policies and employment laws. You'll also play a crucial role in supporting management with complex ER issues, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs.

Your experience in handling significant TUPE transfers and managing complex caseloads will be essential, as well as your ability to navigate unionised environments effectively. You'll have the opportunity to lead the development of tools and training programs that empower line managers to handle ER matters confidently.

Using your analytical skills, you'll identify trends through data and proactively design solutions to address potential ER issues. Your expertise in employment law and policy will guide stakeholders, and you'll work closely with external partners to stay ahead of legislative changes.

Beyond ER case management, you'll support business change programs, ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of employee relations during times of change. You'll also be instrumental in designing, reviewing, and updating the people policies and employment contracts to enhance the employee experience.
