About the Role: As a Financial Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. You will inherit an established client book and will be expected to build on this foundation by developing new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our team of paraplanners and support staff, ensuring that clients receive bespoke, high-quality financial advice tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an existing client book, providing expert financial planning and advice.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and professional relationships.
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews, offering tailored solutions across investments, pensions, estate planning, and protection.
- Collaborate with paraplanners and support staff to ensure efficient and compliant advice delivery.
- Stay current with financial regulations, market trends, and product developments to offer the best advice.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as their financial needs evolve.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Financial Planner, with a strong track record of client management and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for providing outstanding client service.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial products, investments, and planning strategies.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning is essential; Chartered status or working towards it is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
