Personal Assistant

Are you a well organised, strong communicator, have great attention to detail and looking for a great opportunity? Our wonderful client are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. This role would be supporting the Director and being responsible for dealing with expenses, dairy management and administrative duties. Then this could be the role for you.

The duties of the Personal Assistant include:

Dealing with expenses

Diary and inbox management

Filing and archiving documents

Interaction with colleagues and business contacts

Preparing and distributing packs

Work closely with the finance team to dela with any internal support needs

Booking meeting rooms internally and externally

Secretarial support including typing meeting minutes

Liaising with clients

Responsible for the day to day running of the business and administrative operations

Organising corporate events

Logging annual leave for the team

The ideal Personal Assistant will:

Be reliable and trustworthy individual

Work well under pressure and to deadlines

Be highly organised with strong communication skills both written and spoken

Be discreet and have the capability to deliver sensitive information

Enthusiastic team member

Advanced user of Microsoft Office packages

Car owner with full driving license
