Maintenance Plumber
with a solid background in building services to join our premier property services team in Westminster. This is a permanent role that will put your skills to the test in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems within our prestigious properties.
Responsibilities:
- Swiftly and accurately diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective repairs.
- Carry out daily maintenance tasks and installations with a commitment to quality.
- Provide dependable on-call support for emergency plumbing situations.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance in all plumbing work.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in Water Regulations or equivalent industry-recognised standards.
- A full UK driving licence (company van provided).
