The Role of Sales Operations Manager
- This is an autonomous Sales / Operations / People Management role
- Full P&L responsibility of a flag ship centre of a global leading capital equipment brand / manufacturer with industry leading status.
- People Management of 2 Trainee Sales Centre Managers.
- As Sales Operations Manager you will have full strategic and control of the business unit with P&L responsibility.
- Initially you will implement a sales strategy to increase footfall and revenue into the branch.
- Business development - targeting end-user businesses within a 30 mile radius of the centre.
- Demonstrating state-of-the-art commercial cleaning equipment and home / garden products to customers.
- Collaborating with wider sales function including Business Development Manager's, Key Account Manager's and other commercial departments.

The Candidate for the Sales Operations Manager
- We are looking for a well rounded commercial business professional
- You will need strong operation experience with P&L responsibility
- It is essential that you have people management experience
- It is required that you have sales experience
