Due to the forecasted continued growth of our business, we are seeking to recruit Production Operatives to join our team.
As our Production Operative you will be responsible for:
- Using tools to assemble parts or components to build products.
- Transfer goods safely to the correct location, physically moving items to the appropriate work area in a prompt, safe and efficient manner.
- Participate in the transfer of goods between manufacturing sites.
- Ensuring that all goods picked are of the correct quantity, and of acceptable quality as defined by the Quality Control procedures.
- Transfer goods safely to the correct location and process these promptly and correctly via the ERP system.
- Reference documentation such as drawings and BoM's.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and quality.
- Adherence to all health and safety requirements.
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Good standard of verbal and written communication skills.
- IT Competency.
- 3 years + experience in a manufacturing role.
- Able to operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
It would be great if you had:
- Forklift truck experience.
- A clean, full driving license.
